Have a similar one to this. Don't overload it, it will over extend and you have to bend it back. It won't collapse easily after that.

Thanks, in for two! I previously had similar foldable dollys from home depot, they are milwuakee brand (different from the tool brand apparently) and they don't want to stay in the open position anymore.
