This is the first Samsung product that I have bought that sucks. The color accuracy is bad, it doesn't do anything "well". USB-C power delivery says 65w but all my laptops would barely hold a charge (non gaming laptops and my 65w power bank charges them fine). Then I bought a $299 32" Lg from Micro Center that has better color accuracy, 90w power delivery, looks better and works better. I actually got this monitor with an EDU account and it was not worth the $240 I paid for it. I just packed it back up.

Actually I do. Samsung has fixed it every 8 months for free due to a recall on the ice maker. So yes, but since they take care of it I don't fault them. All my appliances are Samsung. Most of my TVs are. All of my phones are for my family.

Thanks! I've been watching a lot of reviews about this and mostly dubbed as Apple Studio Display alternative. What's the exact model of the LG monitor?

32UP550. After calibration with the Spider X I was 89% Adobe and 93 DCP-I3. The M90c was terrible. But it's a TV and a monitor. But the software and quirks drove me nuts.

When I log in with my education discount, it actually increases the price from $350 to $405.

I agree. I bought this before and managed to get it down to around $140 and I still returned it. It's the worst monitor I have ever seen. Get an IPS monitor for productivity.

Even this LG I bought is VA. But it's MUCH better, beyond words.

I have one, and - after some initial challenges - I really like it. It is quirky, but the ports on it worked for me with a need to get three large monitors connected to a mini PC. I have never paid attention to the "color accuracy" (this is not a thing for me, unless really bad) because I use mostly for work, and occasional gaming (where colors seem fine to me). I use a SS Pro headset most of the time so I can hear PC and talk on phone, but when I share something with the wife, the built-in speakers are not bad for videos, etc.
The second reason I got this was to be able to just pop this thing over to TV mode, and watch a Prime video or news while working, that is nice. The remote is not the best, but does the job. There's always some hate for almost any monitor, but this one has worked out good for me.
