I would go for a Samsung 990C deal when they are in $700-$800 range. The Q990C does everything extremely well. The Ambeo Max is a beast of a soundbar, but not offering surround speakers just kills what could be the best.

people complain about the surround sound but i feel like its just as good as others with surround sound. also the atmos effects are excellent. but i would recommend getting a sub which will make this more than 2k. i have this and its a very clean ultimate audio system. Also the soundbar has a ton of inputs, supports pretty much everything (any format you can think of).
