Let's get some tech opinions on this but to me it looks like the Costco option from before is still better even at the non-sale current price of $1,015. https://slickdeals.net/f/17312911-costco-members-cyberpowerpc-gamer-xtreme-gaming-desktop-13th-gen-intel-core-i5-13400f-geforce-rtx-4060-black-899

The Costco one has 2TB NVMe SSD vs this deal at 1TB. This deal has a 14400F compared to a 13400F from Costco which userbenchmark [userbenchmark.com]puts at only 1% faster. Looks like it trades 1TB of SSD for 1% faster CPU speed and doesn't come with a mouse/keyboard. I do like the mesh screen on the front of this one though...

Good deal especially 32gb Ram DDR5 but for gamers, $1000 and only 4060. 3070 is faster and I've seen cheaper deals with 3070 posted on Slickdeals

Your deal is not available for majority of the people here. It'll cost me about $300 in gas not including hours on the road to buy the deal from microcenter for $1,100

Fwiw, I just built something very similar to this for around the same price. This was after spending 5+ days scoping deals on newegg, Amazon, and buildapcsales.

So if you take that amount of time and energy invested + the fact that I have to put this together Vs just unboxing, then this is a pretty solid offer.

i7 12700k $150
B760m mobo $100
RTX 4060 $289
1tb nvme pcie 4 $57
32gb DDR5 ram $80
Fractal Design Pop Air Case $60
800w gold PSU $60
240mm AIO $50

No. 4060 is basically a entry level gaming pc, should be just around $600 in my opinion. I basically gave up gaming pc.
