I looked at this for Portraits. Ive got a Sigma 40mm which is not wide enough so I ended up getting a 24-70. I looked at my info on PS and noticed that I was lower than 35 quite often. Playing with this I realized that it wasnt wide enough or long enough. I dont own one but I would think that the 24-200 would be a much more versatile lens. Street wise I think the same. Having more wide angle and zoom dapabilities make it more useful. People say, zJust back up or move closer. Great advice when you actually have room to do so. Not saying this is a bad lens jyst saying its an odd size that might find you wanting more.
