My kids have long outgrown kick bikes but upvote because a dropbar version is rad.

i dunno about the dropbars but this is a solid price for a pushbike. THE BEST way to get your kid used to two wheels. don't put training wheels on your poor kid's bike.

Also, do them a favor with hand brakes and a free coaster.

Drop bars are a good way to teach a child how to go aero, the superman position being the best, when riding down hills.

I never upvote Walmart bikes, but this seems legit for a kid to ride to match their parents on their road bikes.
