Took me a while to firgure out, but you have to remove the Frost King 42" x 62" Window Shrink Plastic Kit. Only add the 3pc kit.

Works for eversource too. Stupid me added 5 of the window insulation kit and placed the order not realizing it was a one time use code. Chat told me there was nothing they could do. Oh well.

It is insisting I need to add $5.99 shipping and enter CC info. I have 45 items and my total is $0.00.... what am I missing?

I removed promo code then reentered in cart and that cleared the shipping charge.
