​Here's how to make it work for $120 on PC:

Launch Chrome in Incognito. Press F12 to open DevTools
Click the Toggle Device Toolbar button (or just press CTRL+SHIFT+M)
On the left pane at the top, click the "Dimensions: Responsive" drop down menu. Select Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Paste link in Chrome's omnibox. Add watch for $120. Checkout. Still $120.

Just got the grey for 119.99 , catch is you have to add two tone band at 39.99, add both to the card , chat with the agent they will give you the code. Total came out 170

What features? If you're referring to the fitness specific features, a Garmin watch blows any Apple watch out of the water.

The resale value of these electronics have no staying power. That's why I don't agree with spending a significant amount of money on them.

Try using the desktop version or do it in laptop/PC , search Samsung Galaxy watch 5 pro and once you select the watch there are various options to select from in the watch

I'm aware of that Garmin is better in terms of complete fitness but the ultra simply beats the 5 pro in fitness this is just a fact, google that...

cost is another factor since it's very expensive and most don't need that.

How is this for tracking casual running?

I heard the GPS isn't as accurate as Garmin but it's pretty hard to beat the price for $130ish after taxes
