1. Could not see how I was going to pay on the screen.
2. Went to paypal site and checked my default payment. It was an old closed checking account.
3. Added new credit card and selected it as preferred payment.
4. Went back to buy gift card and default was the same closed account.
5. New payment method was not listed as a choice.
6. Had to add another new card to buy.
paypal sucks
Customer service - or the lack thereof - was shockingly bad. There was no way to talk, email, or message a service rep. During the middle of the day, they either said to "contact us during business hours" or "Sorry, I ran into an issue getting you an answer. Please try again."
You got it right. PayPal SUCKS!
I used to be in there multiple times a week, now I haven't been in years.
