My primary backpack now is Alienware. Like Lenovo, I'm sure Alienware just slaps their logo on it, but the quality is much better. The price is also much higher, but less than a lot of samsonite packs etc.
If I were to pin it on one thing that led me to something else for my daily driver, it's the strap that you slide over the handle of a carry on bag for easy movement. On this pack, and like many others, it's that 1.5" wide basic elasticy web strap. It just isn't a firm hold, especially if you've got a significant amount of weight in the pack and more so if that weight is in the front of the pack or if it's packed top heavy. The Velcro in the middle of this one helps, but not enough for my taste. On other bags I've seen this strap wear out. I will say that hasn't happened with this one, but I still prefer a stout, fabric padded sleeve vs this basic strap.
Look, for this price, it's a no brainer to try I think. It looks cool, it's decent quality. Go for it.
