I think I like it, but I've never used a Big Green, so I have no good frame of reference for how good it is at actually cleaning, but it seems to pull a lot of dirt out of even freshly vacuumed rugs.

This is a similar percentage discount for a Tineco carpet cleaner.
I missed the walmart deal back in November but jumped on this one. Thank you for posting.

However, when it comes to removing stains, especially really old stains, it wont remove it. I'm pretty convinced none of the household carpet cleaners will remove really old stains either though.
I like it compared to Hover. ( I used 3 hover so far in my life time before trying this one. The water jug is relatively small though, I find my self refilling the water tank after one room. (I go back and fourth few times on the same spot though)
However the small water tank comes at a light weight! I got it for 250 a year ago at amazon
