No one got anything lol. The seller refused to ship the bikes. Some got Amazon GC credit (to varying amounts). It was a total cluster

Purchased one of these about a year ago for a similar price, it's a great bike. If you don't mind all the squeaks and rattles, but who cares it works great for the money.

Bought one about a year ago. Only drawback really is the mechanical brakes. They aren't strong enough to brake with confidence. Upgrading to hydraulic would be ideal

Be carefull with this company, they state a full refund, a 30 days return policy for unopened boxes. Few months ago I started a return, a scooter, they were slow to respond my emails, when they answer my calls, nobody helped because they were sales representative, for support it was email only. At the end they wanted a 15% restock fee for unopened box. Wellbots, an untrusty seller if you want a return.

I totally forgot about that fiasco. So not one person got one shipped to them? Why was it priced so low? Price mistake?

If you could show your CC issuer you initiated it via their email (as their site demands) within the 30 days, you could win a chargeback for the restock fee. I hope you did so.

No. The company outright refused to ship at that price, so no one got the bike, although we were all charged on our credit cards the full amount. I don't know if it was a "price mistake", but in the same week it reverted back to normal price and then went back on sale at the "price mistake" price again for a second time
