These posts are always misleading.

Outbound to Bali from NYC starts at about $1400 for July - BUT you cannot return from Bali during July! (blackout period) I presume you'd have to pay a way higher return fare - probably making this over $2000 roundtrip.

i posted 2 screenshots to show flights as advertised seat allotment are limited so it's always based on space availability. like a first come, first serve basis.

Nothing from the New York and Washington D.C. area airports to NRT for less than $1500. I tried a few lengths and dates. Of course I used Google's Flight tool. Do I need to use the singaporeair.com date grid? It's not smooth for me. "the page "https://www.singaporeair.com/flig...ight.form" because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again"

Last time I went to Japan I flew on a separate ticket from IAD to LAX. At the time it was less than $100 each way (United, pers item only); now it looks closer to $130-140 each way. Might be an option if you're not taking a steamer trunk with you.

what a ride, they dont really show traveltimes for each flight, but Nyc-Fra-Sin-Dps is a real pain even in eco+ Always wondered why people prefer SingaporeAir so much, now that they dont fly the 787 or 350 to FRA anymore, no reason to pay premium

I have seen multiple deals for LAX to Japan/Singapore/Taiwan/etc but never a NYC deal to those destinations...

How long is the flight. Just took UA1 from San Francisco to Singapore. Almost died from being in the plane for 18 hours.

Nonstop is 14hrs and 30min roughly from San Fran to Singapore. So either you have no concept of time, or you had a stop somewhere and forgot it 😂

I must have missed it. Tried looking for RT JFK-SIN for July 1-5, 2024 and the lowest is $2,227.10 (and I tried looking from July 1-29.
