The RGB fans really aren't helping it, but nothing a couple snips of some wires can't solve.

The older I get, the fewer lights I want on things.

I'm at the point where I bought an assorted pack of light dimming stickers off Amazon and I've been throwing them on everything. They're by no means cheaper than a roll of electrical tape, but they're great because they still let about 5% of the light through. So you get some status indication when you need it.

Ugliness aside, this price is very tempting.

Of course, I have to factor in that the SSD and RAM need immediate replacing, so that will be at least $1250 out the door.
