Only downside is the batteries. The torque on the Milwaukee is a beast. It won't bog down. I cut a quarter acre with the mower, and have 2 bars left usually. I trim with a 6.0 or 8.0 on the weedeater, then take the 12.0s and use them on the dual blower to clean up. For a small .25 to .50 acre residential lot, it's great. Anything more, I'd stick with gas. The batteries can get expensive unless you buy them during Bogo deals.

Love Milwaukee. I thoroughly enjoy the trimmer, hedger, blower, and even the chainsaw. But I don't think I'll ever get the mower, although I am in the same boat as you. Had my Honda for going on twenty years, so it's fading. But I'd probably buy a new one if it came down to it.
Deals are temping tho.
