I have this mouse and like it a lot, though I find the Logitech software horrible. My only complaint about the mouse itself is that the wheel is slightly too sensitive for my liking. 3C says it's been bouncing around in the $45-50 range in the past few months, and in the $40-45 range before that. It's never been over $50, and this "sale" price is probably on the low side of average. Zero slickness here.

Only an okay-ish deal at <$40. A good deal <$30. SD <$25 (which I paid long time ago).

In other words, not a deal @ $45

Look at the camel price history.

I really like this mouse. You can get it renewed for $35. Mine has been working very well.
