TERRIBLE Bidet. Designed to purposely fail and the company knowingly sells this crap.
Avoid this Bidet like the Plague.
Stick with Toto or even Moen /Kohler
I've actually had the HD7000 for a few years. Functionally, it has been ok but I can't stand the design. Wife designed the common bathroom we have this in and I hate it.
I'm going to replace it very soon. I think she bought it Costco vs HD.

The one from Costco has a known design flaw. The right hinge will break (happened to 3 out of ours!!) rendering the unit unusable. You have to take the entire thing apart, splice wires, and get an expensive replacement part from the manufacturer. However, they blamed the 2nd & 3rd time on Abuse and didn't warranty it. WTF? My wife is 105 lbs and I'm 165lbs.
Boycott this company folks. They are awful. READ the Amazon and especially Costco reviews. It's all there if you move past the 5 stars
I rarely have to claim warranty on things that I own but this was one that I definitely needed to on.
I bought 3 for all my bathrooms.
1st bidet: air dryer stopped working within 90 days. They replaced it by sending me a new unit since it was fairly new.
2nd bidet: water heater stopped working about 10 months in. I called for warranty, they had me ship it at my own cost ($40+) but they covered the repair. The repair lasted for a couple of months and then the water heater stopped working again.
Having said that this remains within reasonable price range. Other brands easily run $300+.
So only 1/3 made it past one year without breaking.

Good to know, thanks. We haven't had any issues with ours but I hate it so all the more reason to replace it.
