If I calculate this right,
For 4x8 pack after 15% and $15 discount, the final cost is $1.35 per 120 count box
Costco sells 10 boxes for $23.49 [costco.com], the final cost is $2.35 per 230 count box

I think costco wins on per count basis for anyone with costco membership. Besides, every once in a while there is a $4 coupon on this item.

no costco loses, the costco one you showed is NOT the ULTRA SOFT.

the ukltrasoft 12 pakc in costco is $21.99 or on sale for $17 sometimes which is a rip off cos they used to sell this for $12.99 in costco

That's for Trusted Care at Costco, though. Ultra Soft is a lot better.
