Walgreens [walgreens.com] has 0.34oz. Blink Lubricating Eye Drops for Dry Contacts (Soft/RGP Lenses) on sale $0.89 each (up to a quantity of 3) with free store pickup on minimum $10 orders when you follow the deal instructions below.

So what is the alternative if we have itchy eyes? Serious question. Thank you.
For itchy eyes, I think you are looking for eye drops for allergy. My kids use the prescription eye drops due to severe symptom but you can try over-counter ones.

One nit about their site, FSA online won't cover sales tax. Required me to input a normal credit card for the order, and indicated that the sales tax would be charged to it. I don't think that's accurate, and may not happen when it's actually charged, but worth noting what the site says at checkout.
