I have these and think they are great for how simple and lightweight they are to carry. Agreed it's flimsy, but they look nice for the price. They can take a decent beating and still look nice.

it's flimsy (using the words of the person I responded to) because it can crumple easily, but they can take a decent beating but still be easily reshaped and look fine from the outside. It doesn't look scratched up or faded. So flimsy != easily breakable. I've had other laundry baskets that are nicer but are heavy to lug up and down and are more easily breakable with all of the clothes tossing and moving around when you take it to the laundry. I liked this as both something that can look nice but also be tossed around with ease.
