Great value rack.
But be warned that this style racks will mare the paintjobs on most bikes over time. This is not a "Allen" problem, it is universal for racks that secure on painted surfaces and allow movement/rotation
I used to have a similar bike rack that's in this "hanging" style and it worked fine for my real cheap bikes (like those $100 from Walmart).
Later when I upgraded to a more decent bike, and an eBike that's 60+lb, I bought another one that's "platform style" which holds the bikes by the wheels at bottom, with a vertical bar and hook onto the top tube. It feels much better than the hanging style, and is pretty much the only option for heavy bikes, or high end carbon bikes that you shouldn't hang. Mine was a $99 KAC K2 from Groupon (was $200+ on amazon at that time). There are more expensive options ($500-1000) with fancy features like a ramp for you to roll your heavy bike up. Depending on your needs and the price of your bike I guess

Rack sets up and installs in less than 5 minutes; Included no wobble bolt secures rack inside of receiver hitch with a movement free installation
140lbs Is pretty light weight rating for 4 bikes so keep that in mind. A typical mountain bike shown in that pic above (assuming you don't have a high end one in that case wouldn't even look at this style) is going to be around 50lbs or more the cheaper the bike is. Good for kids bikes, but be cautious of how many adult bikes you're putting on it.
Currently Menards also carries a 3 bike rack on clearance for 14.99 after MIR. free ship to store.

Bike racks are some of those "you get what you pay for" kinda items. I wouldn't trust this bike rack with really expensive bikes. Chances are, it might be fine. The other chances are you hit a bump or pothole and the welding comes apart and suddenly you have some part of the rack still in the receiver and the rest of the bike rack and your bike down the road. I don't have personal experience with this one but in general, I'd be warry of any racks <$100. But if you have a beater bike or kids bikes, it'll likely work fine

What kind of mountain bikes are you riding?! I thought mine was heavy, it's only 30lbs.

I wouldn't consider them real mountain bikes, more referring to the style. Think walmart cheap brands. I know I picked up one that was 52lbs. Not for trails, but so my gf had something to ride on some nice trails when we went out.
I got this for my minivan like 10 years ago. Raised my kids with this. It did very well. Four adult bikes might be annoying but it took the whole spectrum of sizes and did its job. I finally threw it away this year.

If this is like the one I bought two years ago, the rack wobbles, despite coming with "wobble free" bolts. I ended up replacing it with a Master Lock pin.
In for one. This is an amazing deal for this bike rack. I needed a second one, I got a locking previously that tilts to open the hatch.
Quality of manufacturing, material, welding and powder coating is unparalleled. Allens are very good racks, a little bit on the heavy side, but very strong and sturdy.
This one is not locking, which can be used with a lockpin. It doesn't tilt, but that is a small price to pay for just $40 for this. Probably just the postage costs as much. Excellent deal!
I see too many permanently mounted on cars with all the straps weathered in ways that speak of lack of use...perhaps this is the post covid reason to own for many after all...
I bought this last go around and the build quality is fantastic. I am about 170 and was able to do some triceps dips on this without any issues when testing it out.
