It isn't great, but that doesn't automatically make it a bad game. I am actually showing it at a 6.4 and is also known as the game of 49. Best with 4-5 players and plays in 45 min.

It's not Twilight Imperium, but if you want something faster and more fun than Monopoly, it's a great value.
It plays like Connect Four, except you run an auction for each space. Simple, fast, satisfying.
It looked like a shitty board game...I wouldn't play this with adults, maybe ok with kids but you do what you want with your space and mine has more interesting games and not necessarily complicated.
