I'd like to thank everyone who has gone out of their way to point out that a product called "Cinnamon Toast Crunch Creamy Cinnamon Spread" is not a health food. This really upends my diet plans.

What exactly is it used on? Is it similar to peanut butter? Could you simply make a sandwich, with some jam or jelly and some of this Cinnamon Toast Crunch spread stuff? Or, what do you use it for/ how do you eat it?

Maybe like a year ago SAMS got rid of the bigger versions of these. They were on sale for like $1. This stuff is pure junk and it tastes great. There is no let me have a little spoonful of this and be done.

The fact that some people might be too stupid to figure out that this is not a healthy food doesn't mean that it "should stop being sold". It has a similar nutrition profile (in terms of the unhealthy stuff) to something like a Snickers bar, and should be treated as such. I agree that everyone would be much healthier if we only allowed fresh produce and lean animal products to be sold in the US, but I can easily make that choice for myself, and you can too.

So unhealthy, but also love this stuff lol. I tried this years ago after picking it up at the dollar tree. I used it on cranberry nut bread you get from Costco, something about toasted cinnamon bread and this spread just hits the spot. Putting it in yogurt was also good. I'll be grabbing one. Thanks OP
