    Keep in mind that 4K/UHD is a tiny part of the total benefit of "next-generation" streaming quality. HDR has a dramatically greater impact on the total experience than pixel resolution. And using this Taxi Driver example on Amazon, it's not presented in HDR, compared to the official Sony Dolby Vision UHD release. Simply put, you'll hardly notice the difference, and ironically, an HD Blu-ray will look marginally better because of the bitrate.

    We need to start evolving into acceptance that HDR is the actual headline for forums and deals (knowing that HDR always includes UHD/4k resolution).

    There is a big diff between UHD and HD. So much so that I'll never buy any more HD content.

    is there though,I watched a couple movies on my laser projector that I thought were in UHD but upon later checking I was actually watching a 1080p stream that my projector was upscaling and I didn't ever realise it until I actually checked the stream info!

    HDR is probably even more important if you are buying black and white movies in UHD lol !
