Only 10 calories per serving, but a whopping 520mg of sodium (23% of daily allowance). This is also interesting: "Drink it as a traditional sipping broth instead of coffee or tea for a delicious, satisfying addition to your everyday routine or in homemade soups"

PSA: Canned/packaged broth develop off flavors with preservatives and box itself. You'll have to use fresh aromatics and herbs to offset that weird flavor at which point you're better off just using plain water.
You can add fresh herbs to hide those off flavors or add them to infuse flavors into fresh waterđź’ˇ

Obviously if you can make your own broth then do that.

One box. It's a rare exception that Amazon coupons apply to multiple items in the same order. Occasionally, as is the case with this one, a coupon can be used more than once. Gotta place separate orders.

Thus my comment earlier: "multi-use".

520mg in a cup! It's the third ingredient on the list!

Americas test kitchen recently threw in the towel and said just buy Better Than Bouillon in the huge container at Costco. Better than any canned or boxed broth, dirt cheap and it lasts for 2 years in your fridge.

If you haven't checked them out in a while, they've got over a dozen flavors now, from chipotle to lobster base.

For those freaking out about salt, read a book. Most Americans don't get enough salt in their diet, and it's a very necessary electrolyte. We used to hand out salt tablets in basic training before some loud people without a whole lot of science to support them decided to have a war on salt.

If you have two healthy kidneys and access to plenty of water, you can eat all of the salt that you want.

I'd add a healthy heart & cardiovascular system...and the general "too much of anything can be unhealthy" qualifier :-)
