I was just at a ski shop during lunch today and the guy there told me that you might get slightly better deals as time goes on, but inventory will dry up. Whether to buy now or wait probably depends on whether you have something specific in mind or "just want a snowboard."

Here in Colorado, I've seen pretty good deals at garage sales. Usually it's old equipment that hasn't been used in several years. I got a (8 year old) Burton snowboard, bindings, and boots for $100.

Ahh, the good ol days. I won like 6 of their snowboards form the daily drawings. Some days they only had a few hundred in the daily drawing and your odds were good. We're in Japan now so had to sell all our gear before moving.

Looks like a decent deal if one wants to swap into step-on.
Binding + basic boots under $400 isn't a bad deal at all.
Ugh, if I wasn't recently diagnosed with bad back, I would probably upgrade my gears, ah, getting old sucks.

Does live chat price adjust? $65 cheaper now for a snowboard I bought from the last deal which is still processing (I don't see any options to cancel).

Not according to their policy. I rebought what I just bought and plan on returning the more expensive ones i bought yesterday. $6.95 return shipping or free if you have a Burton shop nearby.

Same here. Got a new board for kiddo and thought I was going to order something else later. Thinking about creating a new account but maybe I don't need a 5th board or a step on setup yet when my two bindings are just two years old..lol

haha I'm doing the same! This is much better than last week's deal. The return label fee is crazy reasonable. I'm afraid I'll have to take advantage of it!

I just spent a ton of money, but ordered a lot in different sizes, a bunch will be going back.

Someone snagged my ak jacket as I was checking out which drove me insane.

Awesome deals to be had here.

But most importantly, the code only works one time! I found that out after checking out with a small order. I went back to look for more, code won't work. My wife had to make an account.

Edit: just saw others are posting the same thing about the code.

those on the fence, this is pretty rare... looks like burton overproduced this model yr, just like the bike industry.

Full size run of customs available this late is crazy.
Hometown hero mostly gone, but deep thinker is my favorite esp with smaller feet.
I converted to stepons this season and they have been great, been riding since 87 n tried em all.
The stuff i bought used was more than these prices. (ions btw r the way to go, stiff at first but they break innicely)

mouse hovering over full splitboard setup right now..
