You can use this company based in Portugal, but make sure you use a no foreign transaction fee card on Paypal and pay in euros, if you don't want paypal to charge extra conversion fees.

I wish we didn't have the yearly prescription requirement. My contact prescription doesn't change, and $150-$200 a year for exams is expensive! You can get your contacts shipped from overseas, but most don't want that hassle or risk.

Not sure exactly. I went into the site through Google shopping and that's the price it shows:
I'm guessing you have to purchase a 12 or 24 month supply for that price

Are there any sites left that you can order contacts without a prescription? Mine hasn't changed in over a decade and my state requires annual tests.
back when I hadn't updated my scrip in a while but still needed contacts, what I did was order them through the contacts portal of a local optometrist. Contacts are basically price fixed, they usually cost the same everywhere, so i wasn't worried so much about price, and what I found was little local optometrists often have super janky online storefronts for ordering contacts, and despite my not being a patient they never called me to verify the prescription I entered during checkout. Just an idea, though keep in mind if you go this route and need any kind of customer service support they might give you a hard time

It's more about your eye health and having a doctor look at them. Small price to pay to keep your eyes healthy IMO.

I just placed an order on the 9th, and it shipped today. I guess we will find out when they arrive. I heard about them from r/contacts on reddit.

I understand that logic, but it seems like a double standard to not require a yearly exam when buying eyeglasses. Just more unnecessary government overreach, and probably lobbied for by Optometrist groups wanting all the extra dough.

How legit is this site and products
I would be highly suspect. Lenses that are listed considerably cheaper than reputable websites are likely counterfeit. Counterfeit lenses are not regulated = much greater chance of eye infections and vision loss.
