That's good to know. Also, Dell lets you (at least they used to) split payments over two cards, so if you have the Amex deal as well, pay the first $200 with your Amex and the rest with your Chase.
I'm waiting on next lineup 50 series or 4090. No less anymore as later gen they fail to optimize these games. This is a good deal but not long term IMO. Also hoping intel gpu lineup decimates competition too.
I have a 1070 currently I wanted to upgrade but my motherboard does not have pcie4 would this hold the 4070 back? I was thinking of just upgrading my 1070 cpu and 2700x cpu and keeping everything else.

The 4070 is like a 50-80% boost in games.
