I normally wear a size 34 waist so I bought 34X32 when I found them in-store early this week, but they're very loose around the waist. Looking at the size chart, apparently a size 34 waist isn't 34" like I thought. The table on the website shows size 34 has a 37" waist ??

They are "feel good jeans" . You get to wear 30 waist

I was about to buy a pair of these in the store last week until I saw the rear pockets. Definitely dont need buttons to tear up everything I sit on.

Funny you should mention that. Sam's Club brand tortilla chips are cooked in cotton oil. So they extract the oil out of the cotton for the jeans to make food. Thus anyone eating them is technically eating their jeans too.

I could live with the pockets, and relegate these to 'fishing jeans' knowing I won't be losing my wallet while in the great outdoors.

Does anyone remember this Costco deal from about 2½ years ago? 10 pairs of Eddie Bauer jeans for about $80.
