I have the slightly taller XL version but really love the flip up design. I use mine for typical foods that don't need a ton of space, like chicken tenders and bagels and pizza, so I have yet to feel like the flatness is a bad idea.

I purchased mine like 3 years ago from Sams Club, roughly the same price. I love this machine, use it way more than my oven. I do have a small gripe with it, cleaning is too difficult to even attempt when it splatters so FYI and the air fry isn't excellent but still pretty good. Debating to purchase the Black one, while I've never had an issue fitting any meals in the oven and the standing flat feature is just great overall. Hope this helps.

Think I got this for ~$100 + 20 kohls cash around black Friday, something like that.

Agree with previous poster that this makes good food but it is extremely difficult to clean. Also I have had an issue with the "flatness" and fatter chicken legs.

I regret the purchase.

I was gifted a refurbished kitchen aid multi unit toaster oven [kitchenaid.com]. Not a fan of how it bakes or air fry things. How does this ninja air fry toaster oven compare to the kitchen aid air fry toaster oven

I use a similar one for Costco mini pizzas. Air roast, 7min @ 425, rack only, from frozen.

Once you figure out the correct settings food comes out great in this! I needed to cancel my old kohls card(for other reasons), and they have an extra 35% off coupon if you open a new one.

I purchased this to replace a Ninja air fryer that was primarily used to cook fresh French fries. It is indeed difficult to clean, and in my experience, does not perform as well as a traditional style air fryer for making French fries. I no longer use mine.

Get a box of those baked potato foil wraps, and cover the drip tray. Change it whenever is smokes a bit.

I used this coupon to get 20% off the 10 qt dualzone air fryer. I've heard complaints about air fryers with two baskets, but these will be 5 qts each and I'm always needing to air fry multiple things for one meal. Gonna find out for myself. The at one was eligible for $30 in Kohls cash.

My wife bought me this for Christmas. It is impossible to clean. The food no matter what you're cooking drips on the burners. You have to use some type of pan to prevent this. This thing smokes like crazy! Ninja has great products but this isn't one of them.
