It looks like there was a recall on this unit on 8/22. Only date codes 2019 04 through 2022 04 are affected. The one I purchased had a date of 2023 but worth checking if you pick one up. They have a repair kit you can request with the link below.

Well boys, that's one of the best deals I've found on here. Thanks OP. Just picked one up at store #0111 in N ATL. There were 4 more on a pallet in the lumber section if someone wants to treasure hunt.

I did. I couldn't get Bickseek to work either. Someone looked it up on their scanner and it showed on an endcap but they were not there. Super helpful Depot bro found it up top on a pallet in lumber. Box is 68lbs so eat some Wheaties before you go.

a couple tips for those looking, when you talk to an employee, have them look up the sku (1008223978) in their inventory system, not sure what it's called but some will just look it up on what looks like the same website we see…and it'll show what you can already see (online/ship only, $599).

also, if the store has any in stock, they're most likely stashed up on the highest shelf somewhere from what i've seen and heard. the box is pretty big (and yellow of course), so shouldn't be too difficult to locate

I bought this unit about a month and a half ago from Home Depot for around 350 because I am planning on redoing a lot of trim; but I haven't even opened the box yet. Is there any way I can somehow get a partial refund or credit down to the 225 price?
