So, Firehouse once again is making it difficult on its customers.
Now you'll have to remember to scan each time you go to firehouse or you'll lose all your points after 6 months of no activity.
I have had multiple issues with the stores in my areas having their machines not working. Then, when I contact customer service they usually decide not to respond.
