You don't have to be samsung employee. It's called EPP which is available to many employers. You can sign up for AAA and get same discount.

Not a good tv. Entry level, 60hz refresh rate. I believe this one is the same model or very similar. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...q60cd-qled

How do you get the discount?
Employee pricing. So you need a qualifying work email to create an account.

I agree. My 60 inch Samsung I got in 2013 set me back a bit. It finally went out last year and I was shocked how cheap a 75inch and 85inch were. I bought both for the price I paid for that one TV back then. What shocked me even more than the cheap price was how lightweight these TVs are now. That 2013 TV was well over 100lbs.

I'm sorry, but how exactly does one use AAA to get this pricing? TIA

This was the same EPP price last week and they keep going back and forth. The retail price of $1799 is outrageius for a 60z panel so it seemed like a markup high with huge discount strategy and I didn't buy into it.

Bought 85 inch for $1025 but returned. Pretty bad picture quality as compared to my 4 yr old Samsung 65 inch . Did remote debugging with Samsung but couldn't resolve so I returned
