Bitdefender has been the top rated (Consumer Reports, PCMag, CNET, etc.) antivirus suite for the last several years. Malwarebytes may do one thing (e.g., Malware scanning) better/faster but Bitdefender's level of protection is unmatched.

In my use case, it is an invaluable tool. Older parents and my younger children are active on their phones and the Family Pack control panel alert system is comforting knowing when someone is blocked from a phishing link. I can then help them understand how to avoid falling prey to the schemes.

I was looking for a good Bitdefender offer last year, finally went ahead with AVG with VPN for half the price. The experience is good so far. It was almost 5 years with bitdefender before this break.

Should be from the date you activate the license. I don't think you can stack this on top of Total Security license, but just wait toward the end of expiration and activate this one. Just don't forget you own it and buy it twice.

Just chat to support. They are very helpful. I even complaint to them about they dropping the price after I bought and they extended my license to cover the difference.

I really like this 2-yr AND 15 devices. Usually security software is 1-yr with 15 devices or 2-yr with only 1 device.

Also, Citicards has a 1.5% statement credit for Newegg purchases until 3/31/24. Terms of use does say "Offers cannot be combined or stacked with other offers" so YMMV.
