I have the s7 max v ultra. Vacuuming is awesome. The mop feature is lame. There's no comparison to getting on your hands and knees like the help and scrubbing the floor with a wet rag. The mop feature lets a lot to be desired. It's barely a maintenance cleaning imo.

I was able to get the refurb this AM for $800 but they had been sold out all week. IMO new is worth the $200 more.

I got one last November and love it ! It's Mops and clean great , the app is really good and such an overall better experience then iRobot . The iRobot is such a disappoint , had the 980 and have two J6 , the s8 is just another level, I would have purchased another one but can't yet justify another $1k on a cleaning robot .

This happened to me. I disconnect mine and left it in the garage for a few months. When I plugged it back it, it was fine. Stepmother says it's been working flawless.

With the S7, I'm having issues with self emptying. I've tried a few things and it works on and off. It's a little annoying but I still love it.
