Hi,
I'm in the California Bay Area atm and my BK app is showing 2 Whopper Jr. for $5.
The interesting part is that when I choose cutomized burgers, the price didn't increase. I just bought 2 of the deals (4 burgers total) and it totaled up to $10 (tax not included)

Here's what I did:
BK app> Menu> Limited Time Only> scroll down to find Whopper Jr. Duo for $5> under Customize Your Order pick your first and second sandwich and go through the rest of the purchase

Update: I thought i could only finish 2 burgers but end up eating all 4... not sure if they shrunk the Jr. or if it was always this small.

Although your 2nd picture doesn't look like any item from the actual BK. Their burgers generally looked more along the lines of in between the 2.
