Coconut 🥥🌴 one.....2/3 of a cup has half your daily allowance of saturated fat 😳
Just because there are some sweeteners doesn't mean this is the most unhealthy cereal ever. I get the blueberry version from Costco regularly. It's not that sweet. Come on… some of y'all are ridiculous. It's not "packed" with sweeteners. There are way worse-for-you cereals out there (and not a ton of better options honestly).

I feel like I see Cascadian Farm 12 oz cereal quite often for $1.99 with eCoupon at Krogers (and its subsidiaries). I do like them but not a fan of the nutrition facts. I usually stick with Kashi since I do find them on sale from time to time and the fiber to sugar ratio is much better.
I feel like this cereal is masquerading as healthy. It's great it doesn't have added sugar. But it has date powder, which I presume is a sweetener. And it has oil, and is not entirely whole grain.

Sadly very much agree. All that oil is to substitute for real nuts for artificial nutty flavor.

Yep its to skirt the advertising / nutrition facts rules. These so called "sugar free" options packed with agave syrup, fruit extract, date powder, honey, etc etc. Sugar not from sugar cane is just sugar from another source plus or minus trace vitamins. Its really scammy. Best policy… Eat whole foods
Yea, these are pretty bad nutrition wise, and still pricey even with the discount. I'll stick to my Grape Nuts cereal - very low sugar and fat, and the price is good as well. Just watch your serving size, this stuff is so dense even a small bowl has a lot of calories. I always weigh it so I don't go over the serving size. It tastes great, too.

There's no such thing as healthy cereal. Period.
