Got mine today. Brought it across to Canada. Holy shit this thing sounds great. Box came very slightly damaged but subwoofer and box completely perfect condition.
Tested 16hz, 20hz, 30hz, everything, sounds flawless. Could not turn gain up beyond 5 out of 11, it got way too loud and vibrated my entire tv almost off the stand. Set sub gain to +1.0 on my Sony receiver and low pass to around 110Hz. Still dialing this thing in. I won't ever need a subwoofer again.
yeah, i've been talking to them. They had me do a "push test" on the subwoofer, and it seems that the problem might have resolved itself (stuck woofer?) - although it isn't giving me a warm fuzzy on a $700 purchase...

Thanks - I called them and said excessive rattling at 20hz and below is normal 🤷
yeah, its been "on sale" for a over a month now but it only works if you click the link in the op, if you just browser the site normally you get the regular price

For me it seemed at 20hz - and only 20hz - did it go beserk and made a rattling noise. Is that normal?
Did you end up calling Klipsch support?
