My point being that this is expensive TP - even at $15.36, it's similarly priced as more expensive store brands (not the lowest store brand, but their upper store brand trying to compete with Charmin or cottonelle quality). For this price, my expectation is that it should so fantastic, it should make my butt sing with every #2.

I haven't used it, so it might be that good.

Of course, what do I know... I'm a cat. Don't even use TP.

I don't know if this is regional, but Presto was 100% identical to Target Up&Up. Not only were the rolls the same size, but the embossed pattern was the same too. I think that both Target and Amazon position this as a more affordable Charmin, and I mostly agree with that. It is certainly better than the bargain brands.

BTW, right now, Target Up&Up Ulstra soft is $20 for 18 mega rolls.

This is no where a 2 ply premium toilet paper. Ordered it last time and is equivalent to sand paper feel not even similar to single ply Scott brands from Walgreen deals. May be standby use only if your out of the regular ones you use daily.
