some hot deals in here, but the SD crowd unfortunately now is rife with flippers who will grab everything and either throw it on various marketplaces or sell to used retailers.
also $1900 for the 85mm f/1.2 is a big discount off even the cheapest new prices. i don't think it even made it onto the black friday sale last year where there were super hot prices (ex R5 for $2199)
WOW!
Grabbed a T100 with lens and added the 75-300 and that went from $99 sale priced to $60. Haven't seen a refurb sale this good for years, decent kit that can shoot good video for well under $300 TMD.
Thumbed and repped.

I picked up an R10 refurb a few weeks ago with the 18-45mm kit lens. The camera is great for its size and features, but the kit lens is meh. I wish the 18-150 was available at the time like it is for this deal. I don't have any nice glass, but 18-45mm looks very soft to me compared to an old 18-135 EFS kit lens I have. I also grabbed a 3rd party EF-RF adapter which seems OK so far.
I was also able to use the Canon upgrade program for an additional discount using an old 60D. You have to call to order, but fairly painless.
The two are identical in most specs, but the T7 is 24mp vs the T100's 18mp (about 15% more resolution in both directions), has a 10% bigger screen (with much better resolution; 920K vs 230K), a wider exposure compensation range, a bigger buffer for raw bursts (11 vs. 6), and has a built-in stereo mic (the T100 has a mono mic).
So the T7 is technically better, but in the vast majority of uses you're not going to notice the difference (the screen would be the biggest benefit over the T100).
T7 is well worth the extra $40. I feel $199 for the T100 is a little overpriced for what it offers and wouldn't ever want to pay that much for it. Although it's capable of good image quality its sensor is dated and Canon cheaped out on it as much as they possibly could.
T7 is decent for $239 and will have better resale value as well as much more demand if you ever try to find a buyer in the future. It's still a lower end, entry level model but it is of reasonable quality. Both have only a very basic AF system and aren't good choices for action. Fine for still subjects though.

T100 is also more plasticky and not as good of a build quality ie- lens mount is plastic on it.

Any thoughts on the T7 vs the T100?
Yeah because this kind of lens is newer so I don't think going to huge price drop
