Agreed..what's interesting is how sizing varies dependent upon color. I have the black, tan and dark brown ones which fit perfectly. The heather gray run small. Regardless the quality is top notch especially at this price point

Love these shorts, but I agree sizing can be a pain. I've noticed it's not even between colors necessarily. I have two pairs of 32 Khaki, both worn and washed the same way, but one fits perfect and the other is a bit tight.

This. It's not just this brand, a lot of clothes are like this. Probably use different factories but generally these shorts are a favorite of mine too. Not wearing those 8" shorts of the new generation.

These run really big. I have to size down 2 in on my waist and they are still a bit loose. Amazing quality though.

edit: not much in the way of sizes.
