$499-20%. The 20% was good a quite a few brands but just ended.
Still a great deal at $449 and possible no tax.
It 20% off will come back.
For the price, I don't think anything can beat it.
It has wifi connection and expandable batteries.
Negatives. Usable capacity from various testing is around 950wh which is only 82%. I'm spoiled from a 90% rate.
And the solar inputs is 12v-60v. 60v is not enough to hook 3 panels in series.
I also hear that Allpowers customer support is nonexistent.
Overall though a great machine at unbeatable price.

If 82% is DC power efficiency, that would be a bit disappointed.
By the way, will DC power auto shut off due to low current? This is a major issue for low end power stations and they will become useless for portable fridges.

Ecoflow Delta 2 has 15% less capacity and 33+% or higher at price.....I would prefer this ALLPOWERS R1500 or the original Ecoflow Delta 1260wh if it is on sale....
and where did you get Allpowers R4000 for $1000 ? that sounds like an amazing incredible price!

I think I seen the R4000 on Ebay for $1299 - the 20% off during the holidays. Not $1000 but close.
Last month I saw an Eco Worthy combo with 2x 195w bifacial and their 2000w/2000wh for $799-20% making it $640. Even if you conservatively put the 195 panel at $100 each, the power station at $440 and I have never seen a 2000w/2000wh power station under $600 yet.

I got the replacement, but it is also has some issues; however, I can live with those. I don't want to go through the shipping back anymore plus a new replacement might have the same issues too. They offered $200 back, so I ended up paying only $1000. I have been using it to charge my EV with solar daily. Like previous poster said the capacity is not what they claimed. I think this R4000 is like 3200WH max, not 3600WH, from my testing, and I already offset some efficiency. The claimed 2000w solar input is also not accurate, the display can say over 2100w, but it is probably only taking 1800w max from my testing. I even asked support about this, but they didn't respond. I have 2160w solar system, sometimes I would get over 2000w, so I was worried about it, but it is fine. Note that Ecoflow would limit this, like Delta 2 max input is 500w, and that is the max. I am way under the voltage of the specs, so I think I am fine. Sorry for the long post.

Most power station capacity is based on its battery capacity than the actual output capacity ..3200wh is 89% of 3600wh....

I was very interested in the R4000 too during Christmas too but the 20% had just passed.
I too have a homemade solar system at home. 2 separates, both at 1200w and several separate panels powering my smaller power stations. And I too have an EV, Model Y.
I use one of my system purely to charge the Tesla. It's only 1200w so I'm getting maybe ~6kwh on a good day. It's a hobby for me.
Anyway back to Allpowers, I was so close to buying a R1500 or R2500 refurbished unit last week with the 20%. It was $469 and $799. I asked them and they told me 2 yr warranty for refurbished units. Looking around the net, they do not have the best reputation for customer service. I was weary that they had so many refurbished units for sale so I decided against it.
The Oupes Mega 2 is identical to the R2500 and priced the same if NEW. I was going to pull the trigger on that but the 20% ended a day early. I like the Mega 2 better for the size and weight and I heard Oupes has better customer support.
Oh well, these 20% are on all the times. Seems like Ebay subsidize a lot of these 20% which is why I don't ever see these 20% on these companies' own site.

I also set it up to charge the MY n another car. I got between 8-10kw daily which is enough for both cars as we don't drive that much. Even on raining day, I still got about 3kw, so it was surprising for me. Summer is coming, and I would expect to get more. I got 4x540w bifacial panels new for $500 total from a warehouse, just no warranty. They have been working well. The R4000 can take 2000w solar input, that is why i got it plus it was the cheapest. The R3500 was cheaper at the time actually, but carrying 100lbs with no wheel is too much for me. It is also accepted 2000w. I compared with Mega 3 and Delto Pro too, but chose the R4000. A refurbished Delta Pro was selling for $1350 or so last year, but I also chose R4000. Next I am thinking to get the offgrid inverter and buy battery. I think it would be cheaper and with better system unless Ecoflow Ultra is cheaper by that time
