OOS, but I wouldn't leave my life in the hands of a $100 helmet anyways

Figured it was worth it for my scooter in LA - just using a normal bike helmet right now and it gets fairly fast (25-30mph).

Reserving these for rides around the neighborhood on a pit bike or to start a shelf collection in my bedroom. They look nice though. I'm a sucker for matte black and tinted visors lol

Same here with Bike Helmet. Hit 40+mph once to test out limit of scooter. Very Dicey.

You can actually find decent brand-name helmets for around $100 on sale. I've got a couple from Scorpion and Bell

I might get this for my e-bike. Some of them go speeds just a little too uncomfortable for a regular bike helment, but not enough for a full-on motorcycle helmet.

I can promise you that we're sharing purely cause we assume it's a pm and there's no other reason.

You would be wrong. That's the terminology they all use.

Incorrect my good man

Even the link you supplied states:
NHTSA does not approve helmets, or any other motor vehicle equipment, instead relying on a self-certification process

Its a crap helmet that no one should have on their head

So got it today. First, I want to say I know nothing about motorcycle helmets. That out of the way, the quality feels very "plasticy" but that might be expected at the normal $100 price range? Def worth $25 that I paid for it but yeah. It was 100% a price mistake though and looking forward to see what others say about it.

I bought 2 of these not for the intended purpose but instead to put in my tornado kit. They've already come in handy since we had 2 tornado warnings today and I felt really safe sitting in my interior hallway with my helmet on.
