This High Endurance is good for 20,000 hours or 833 days. The Sandisk will give you 13 years and Samsung will give you 16 years. Both of those will outlive your camera but the High Endurance card may crap out prematurely.

Either way, this is the recommended card for dashcams recording multiple streams of 1080/4K video. The specs for those types of devices are less about the burst write/read speed, and more about sustained write speeds and prolonged use.
