It's a card offer under the the "other" category. My reserve has a 5% back max $50 and Ink Cash had 2% back max $50.. my other chase cards didn't get any offers

It's not part of the rotating categories. Look for the Chase Offers in the app or on desktop.

It doesn't when you initially subscribe to Uber One (the first month), but they've been taking it from my balance monthly afterwards for subsequent months. YMMV.
