The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are, as of date of entry, at least 18 years of age or older and are e.l.f. Beauty Squad Loyalty Program members. If you are not already a Beauty Squad member, you'll be asked to register after you enter.
