I wonder if you clicked on the main game and then selected the account for ~$6?

I can confirm that this is a steam key and after fees you save ~$2 off of the current steam sale.

I do not recommend kinguin.

I have had issues with keys from them being used/invalid, and then when I attempted to get a refund or replacement
they tried to have me jump through multiple hoops to the point I just ended up doing a chargeback.
