This is a pretty good deal for 90% of users out there and needs nothing out of the box
The user manual says the RAM is removable. Officially Dell says 16GB is the max supported in the spec sheets https://www.dell.com/support/home...aptop/docs, but Crucial says you can go up to 64GB https://www.crucial.com/compatibl...520
