Bread flour is generally considered the best choice for pizza dough due to its higher protein content. That having been said, I don't pay the premium for bread flour anymore and just use all purpose unbleached flour.
Note that the flour in this deal is bleached, which affects the color, but also usually means a lower protein content. I would just buy store brand all purpose flour rather than this if your goal is to make pizza dough.
