Yes depending on your tax situation. I have added a link for the Anker blog post.

Great price as long as people know its limitations, mainly not being able to charge from ac while using 240v.

Correct although to clarify no 240v output while charging with ac (1800w). There is 240v output while charging with solar but solar has only 1200w input (60v max) x 2 or maximum of 2400 w. Only way to get 240v charging and output is with the home power panel that started shipping this week

I thought other posters said no solar charging while providing 240v.

I can confirm 240v outlet does stay active as long as it's solar input only and no ac input connected. If the ac input is connected it switches off the 240v outputs and becomes a eps/ups with passthrough of 1440w max output through the left three battery backed up 120v outlets.

Thanks for the additional info!

So, with the Home Power Panel (which is another $1,300), you can run this as a Powerwall-ish alternative? i.e. charge it up and run from solar, and/or use it as a backup if the grid goes down?

I believe yes the home power panel automatically take power from grid or solar panel inverters and then using app can decide when it can charge battery vs power the selected circuits. It should allow scheduling when to run those circuits off grid/solar vs off battery. It would also automatically switch the circuits you've selected to battery if grid power is out which It looks ljke you are asking about. I would consider waiting for further youtube reviews to be sure but here is the anker produced one.

I guess I shouldn't have bought just the F3800 and 2x 200W panels for $3100 at launch lol. RIP. Excellent price.

Speaking of the HWP (Home Power Panel). Be aware that all AC outlets on the F3800 are disabled when plugged into the HWP (youtube 8:19)
So comparing the limitations of the F3800 versus the Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra, it continues to be night and day, even when compared with the HWP or not.

I guess it makes sense - if you are backing up your entire home (and all of it's outlets), why would you need the side outlets on the battery itself?

Anker has confirmed and users have tested the 240V output with solar charging. Any other input (12V or 120V) however results in the deactivation of 240V output.

How many miles can I charge my modelY using only this on per day basis?. Basically the 400W panel charge the battery during day and I charge my car using it at night.

But that's the thing. You are not backing up your whole house. Just a few breakers. Also that means that when you use the HWP you can not charge your EV from the F3800. So you still have to spend the extra $$$ and put the EV charger on an 14-50 plug somewhere. With the Ecoflow DPU you don't have to do that.
